As a wee pup I knew Shine would want to
be an alpha bitch but that was her Mom's position so she went to live
with Nitcha Mason in Ok. After her litter sister Angie got lost with her
handler at the time, Shine was offered to come back to us as she was
from our first ACD breeding with Jetta.
Shine is what I call my "shotgun" dog - she travels with me when I go
for long drives or when it is dark. She makes a great travel companion
but has one very bad habit - she likes to attack wheels and tires. She
is a hellion trying to walk thru a dog show parking lot!
Shine had what I would call a slow show career as we sent her out very
seldom until she was older. I really like her type and build, she is
very biddable, intelligent, quick learner, willing to go on and on yet
not at all hyper. Overall a good cattle dog without extremes.
