Stevie Ray had many reasons to celebrate his visit to the PNW for the 2010 January Rose City Cluster and the Cascade ACD club's bi-annual Specialty.  Lynda White came and she and her dogs conquered at this show!!  

CH RENEGADE N WAGTAIL YOU CAN LOOK HT(Stevie Ray) went BOB from the Veterans class over several other nice Specials.  In sweeps he won Best Veteran 7 and under 10 then went on to garner Best Veteran in Sweeps!!    His son WAGTAIL BLU WURRA-WILBEROO BRUISER won Best Junior in Sweeps and then like his sire he won Best In Sweeps!!  Stevie Ray is owned by Lynda White & Joyce Rowland & C. Easley and bred by  C. Easley & Joyce Rowland

The regular classes were judged by Leigh Ann Yandle of Hollow Log ACDs.  Her winners dog - Best of winners - best bred-by  was the same WAGTAIL BLU WURRA-WILBEROO BRUISER  who won Best in Sweeps.  Not to let up in the competiton Lynda also garnered WB with a Angus daughter.  Afterwards Stevie Ray got together with Dolly for their own celebration and hopefully we will be having pupsters around mid-March 2010!! 

Since then Stevie Ray's son Bruiser won WD,BW at the 2010 NATIONAL SPECIALTY held in No.Calif.  Stevie Ray

Thanks to Lynda and Joyce for the opportunity to breed to this boy. I have always admired the dogs I see Lynda have...her breeding program is one of the most consistent I know of!!

THIS WILL BE A SPRING BREEDING.  This is a very special breeding for me.  Buck passed on at only 4 years of age due to a tragic accident.  Fortunately I had him collected before he went to live with the love of his life-- Lynn Leach of Downriver Farms.    His only previous breeding was done by SIDEKICK ACDS to an awesome female "Dot" and was very successful for herding and performance.
Mora, whom I have held off showing while she matures, also had her sire ( Am/Can Ch Austlyn's Life Is Good)  "Rohan" pass over the bridge too early at just 3 years of age while away from home.  Rohan was only bred twice and sadly he was not collected before he left.  This is a very nice line breeding on a pedigree filled with potential for both the conformation ring, herding and the performance venues.  It will continue on 2 very special males in my life and I am pretty excited about it.  While with Lynn, Buck garnered quite a few HIT's in herding and was just starting his show career when his acccident occured.  Rohan finished his AKC Ch by 10 months of age and his CKC Ch in 4 shows.  Both these boys were outstanding in temperment, nicely put together and had potential for interesting futures.  I hope they both pass on that potential to their pups.  Mora is out of a Lessa (CH Austlyn's Bold As Brass) daughter.  Lessa, along with her dam Sara have produced many pups titled in all venues especially performance.

I am expecting reds but blues can also occur.  If interested in a pup that can not only be a best buddy, but have potential to do well in all venues contact us.

AKA 'Star baby"  Star came to me from Christi Weger out of my Rohan's Mom CH Austlyn Onthego BluStar who was bred to Ch Kurpas Born Again PT     DOB  1/19/2009      

Star is a special gal to me and quite a lovely youngster.  She is handled to these wins in the photos by her friend Megan Scholz.   Star has both her majors and just needs her minor points.  She will be out to finish her title after this litter. 

We had an ultrasound done and it shows that Star is pregnant.  We will be taking reservations on this litter due approximately early to mid-November.  We expect pups that will excel in many areas, both parents have excellent pedigrees with both champions and performance titled backgrounds.  Star and Ice  have outstanding temperaments, balanced movement, are eager to please and easy to live with.  Contact myself at AustlynACDs@aol.com  or Jane Ward of British Columbia, Canada at   janemward@shaw.ca

All pups are whelped in their own puppy bedroom in our home, they are handled and played with from birth.  They will be wormed twice and have initial vaccinations, plus a vet check before 8 weeks of age.  They will be BAER tested for hearing at 7 weeks and get AKC CAR microchips before leaving.

Shown again by Megan at the 2010 Nationals in Calif, she garnered 2nd place in a class of 16.  I am quite proud of this young girl.  Once she gets her figure back I plan to have her finish her AKC championship title.  She may take time with her breeder Christie Weger to work on obedience too.
